d’Arcy and Serafina are based in and out of Adelaide, Australia. Serafina is dedicated to Adelaide in community engagement and social mobilisation, while d’Arcy spends his time between Adelaide, Melbourne and the rest of the world in global citizenship advocacy, education and SDGs engagement.
